  • Log Entry Data: When you record a refusal, you voluntarily provide data including the Product (e.g., Alcohol, Tobacco, Vape), Reason for Refusal, and perceived Age/Gender of the customer.
  • Device Data: We may collect technical data such as your device type and app version for troubleshooting.

  • To maintain an accurate record of refused sales for compliance with local licensing laws.
  • To attribute logs to specific staff members.
  • To allow management to review and “approve” specific log entries.

  • Retention: Log data is kept for as long as necessary to meet legal requirements for age-restricted sales records in your jurisdiction.
