- Log Entry Data: When you record a refusal, you voluntarily provide data including the Product (e.g., Alcohol, Tobacco, Vape), Reason for Refusal, and perceived Age/Gender of the customer.
- Device Data: We may collect technical data such as your device type and app version for troubleshooting.

- To attribute logs to specific staff members.
- To allow management to review and “approve” specific log entries.
